I'd recommend exchanging. You can also try using an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi if you're unable to exchange.

It could be that you need to upgrade your speed, since is 4K it requires a lot of speed to process everything, if your modem can't handle the speed it also could be a factor. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There was a firmware update on May 19th. Current firmware is 1.1.14.4. You can do a Full Factory reset on the table and this just might fix that issue. I was having pink screen with my regular HDMI on Bluray. Did the reset and now it's fine.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No netflix issues here using brighthouse cable in central florida. I do notice the best wifi connection speed on the vizio is around 12mbps. Netflix requires more for 4k but the picture is excellent wayching house of cards or breaking bad. Both are 4k shows. Wifi speeds in my house are consistently 75-100 mbps. Cant figure out why vizios wifi test results are so slow. I have tried all three wifi conns I have in the house (echo) and they all are great speeds except from the tv. The nearest wifi router is 5 feet away from the tv. Ugh!
