• Yup! Sonos works great for 5.1 Dolby Digital via optical cable. So far I have tried PS4, Apple TV, and Netflix streams. The included mini remote will also control volume of Sonos Playbar.

• works like a charm. if your not sure just call Sonos or Vizio support. they both are very good...
