The other person who answered does NOT know what they are talking about. Of course the rear speakers are not Bluetooth. They are wired to the subwoofer which is paired to the soundbar. Holding the power button on the subwoofer initiates the re-pairing process. However I have the same exact issue and have not been able to find a solution after doing a hard reset and searching hours for another solution. Unfortunately I suggest to STAY AWAY FROM VIZIO!!! This is my second unit that the sub and satellites crapped out in less than 1.5 yrs of use. Completely unacceptable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Vizio rear speakers in their soundbar systems are NOT Bluetooth. They do NOT pair with anything. They connect to the subwoofer with speaker wires. You probably need to use the remote to set the "Surround" to "ON" instead of "OFF".
