Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is such a pain in the butt. Very poorly designed remote. I figured it out though. Press "Menu" button. You'll see in the screen "BT" displayed. Press "down" button. Press "down" again until you get to "Subwoofer", press "fast forward" button to increase volume.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to change the equalizer from direct to music or movie. Then you can adjust the settings. Direct equalizer doesn’t allow you to change any of the settings. Found this out the hard way.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.YES, It can be done. As another answer said, change the eq(equilizer) to Movie or Music(Anything that is not Direct). Then the subwoofer volume can be changed from the Vizio remote as well as from the phone app.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was also trying to figure this out as well due to no volume control on the subwoofer. So, I just turned off the power by pressing the power button located on the back of the subwoofer. You will still receive sound from the soundbar but no bass whatsoever from the subwoofer. Unfortunately this seems to be the only option.
