“Can I have the TV sound on and Sound bar? I can't figure out how to have both on at the same time. I have a Samsung TV. Also when I change the station on my TV it takes 15 seconds for the sound to start playing how do I fix this.”

Some TV's do not allow for both TV and sound system audio you may want to check with the TV manufacturer.
