The SB3651-E6 features an HDMI input, mini jack and an additional RCA input while the S3851X-C4 does not. The S3851X-C4 comes with a wall mount bracket while the SB3651-E6 does not. The SB3651-E6 supports Wireless multi-room audio, built in Wi-Fi, and HDMI Audio Return Channel while the S3581X-C4 does not. The SB3651-E6 features a 5" subwoofer while the S3851X-C4 has a 6" subwoofer.
