Try re-enabling ECO mode on the sound bar - there appears to be a firmware bug where disabling ECO mode prevents the subwoofer from waking up in some instances.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am having the same problem with my system, the subwoofer will not come on when the TV and sound bar are powered on. I have to manually turn on the subwoofer every time. I called Vizio and they had me do a reset and start over. That didn't work. They seem to know less than I do. I read in that the subwoofer has to be in a "line of sight" position to communicate with the sound bar, which is completely unworkable because the furniture is in the way and can't be moved. I'm not going to put the subwoofer in the middle of my living room!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately you have to physically push the button on the sub. The only way around it is to turn off eco power so the power stays on all the time.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had this same issue. I think it might have something to do with the power save mode. Not sure tho. But I’m okay with this since I mostly listen to music through the sound bar and don’t want the sub on all the time. How were you able to turn the sub on from the controller?
