“Sound bar works fine. No sound from the bass or satellite rear speakers. I have done the factory resets twice now and no difference in sound. I know the small speakers work because I plugged then directly into the bass using the gray and blue cables.”

Idk if you connected the bass to the sound bar if you haven’t maybe that’ll work. And if it does work, and you hear static coming from the rear speakers on the remote, change the EQ to Direct.
