If you download the Vizo app you can adjust all the settings from there or use the menu button on the controller and go through the setting on the little remote screen. I would recommend the app it just easier to use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.These speakers are for ambient sound. Some videos may be loud, some may not. If you have YouTube on your TV, look up Dolby Surround Sound test. Or better yet, use the speaker test that comes with the Vizio app or remote. If you hear anything, they are working. It is normal that the sound is so low you can barely hear it. That's the nature of surround sound.
