“I have purchased this sound bar in november, 2019. There was significant audio lag. For example, when I tried to watch a baseball game, the crack of the bat could be heard 1-2 seconds after it happened. I contacted customer support no fix. Any solution?”

• I think your delay setting on the Sound Bar remote needs to be adjusted lower.
