No.  Unfortunately, Vizio designed their soundbar systems so they usually will not pair with a subwoofer that didn't come with the soundbar from the factory.  I have two SB3651-F6's and either one will not pair with the other's subwoofer.  So, if you have a good subwoofer and the bar stops working, you can't just simply buy another bar and expect it to mate with your subwoofer.  I've never read anyone being able to do that and I haven't been able to do it. 
 That's just a huge wrong, imo.
