The SB3651 has great sound that is as good as the Bose Soundtouch 300, the Vizio includes the wireless subwoofer AND wireless rear surround speakers. I love Bose and have several stand alone Bose speakers, however, for a sound bar system you can not go wrong with the Vizio for $220.00 vs Bose at $699.00.
