“If I have two Vizio SB3251N sound bars in close proximity will both pair with my bluetooth phone at the same time? I want on in my RV and another just outside so I can have the same music playing inside and out.”

If your device can pair to two separate Bluetooth audio sources this may be possible however, the sound bars will not pair together for audio output.
