“I have this sound bar but I have a TCL tv. I have everything hooked up. My question is my husband uses a headset to hear tv. When he plugs the head set into the audio port the sound goes off on the tv. Help”

Some televisions will not allow audio output from multiple port when in use. I would advise contacting TCL USA to see if they have an internal setting that can be adjusted to allow audio output from multiple audio outputs.
