“My SN5127 will not dial the 10 digit phone number I programmed in the phone book. I do not have a home area code entered. It requires a “1” plus the 10 digits to properly dial call. Is there a setting required to allow 10 digit dialing?”

• I entered my home area code and then only programmmed 7 digits for the numbers. 10 wouldn’t work. Just an idea.

• Hi - The entries saved in the directory of the VTech SN5127 should be saved using the correct format. If you need to dial a phone number with a 1, then the entries should also be saved using the 11-digit format. Thank you, -VTech Support
