Maggie - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the VTech SN5147. The entries in the call block list might have been added accidentally. Here's how you can delete the entries in the call block. 1. Press the Call block button on the cordless handset. 2. Press the arrow down button to scroll to Block list, then press Select. 3. Press arrow up or down to scroll through the entries. 4. When the desired entry displays, press DELETE. The handset displays Delete entry?. 5. Press SELECT to confirm. Thank you, -VTech Support
