• Hi - Yes, the VTech SN5147 will work with your Voicemail subscription. You just need to turn off the built in answering machine of the telephone for it not to interfere with Voicemail. Thank you, -VTech Support

• Yes it works with my current provider which is Optimum. It was an easy process to set up. Hopefully it works with your phone company as well.
