QuestionI do not have landline service. Why can’t I choose a ringtone. It rings loud enough but it’s the standard ring. I have tried all the samples but still the standard ring.

QuestionWill the answering machine pickup when I am using the system only with a cellular phone? I do t have voicemail on my cell phone and was hoping that calls to the cell kinked to this phone would be answered by the answering machine.

- Answer Joe - It is normal for the Vtech DS6621 to show "NO LINE" if there's no active land line connected to it. Your system will still work for cell calls as long as your cellphone is paired via Bluetooth. If you have trouble pairing your cellphone, please contact us at 1-800-595-9511.
