No! Follow Wacom's blog for updates, but it specifically mentions NOT being compatible with the Air 2. I can reaffirm that, as I tried it anyway. Returned it!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, it'll randomly cut out during use. It works fine with iPad Air 1 down to iPad 3. Wacom is aware of the compatibility issue, I'd hold off until there's an Intuos Creative Stylus 3 or when Wacom says the device is compatible with iPad Air 2.
