“Im left handed , is there a way i can flip the pad where i can use the buttons on the rightside and use the pen with my left hand?”

Yes. I am left handed too and it is merely a matter of flipping the tablet over, setting the pen for left handed use and setting the buttons as you desire

Yes you can make it right handed or left handed and flip it so the buttons are on the other side

Yes! When you install the program it asks you which side you would prefer to use it on during the installation!
