• Yes it can. Under Tablet Properties: Mapping, you can change the orientation of the keys.

• I believe so, but not sure. I have turned off al functions of the buttons except those on the pen itself.

• The buttons on the left of the pad can be re-assigned, but location is permanent. If you lay your arm, wrist or hand on the left side of the pad, you will activate the buttons.
