My husband and I are in our late 40’s and it definitely took both of us to put it together. There are some heavy pieces. It took us over 2 hours to put it together and I opted out of putting the doors on. We love ours. It is a solid heavy stand.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you are good at putting things together and can handle large pieces then you should be ok. My husband assembled ours by himself (he is mid-50s and not in great health) with no issues. The main problem we had was getting the box inside the house because it was heavy and large. Once that was done he only needed me to hold things a few times while he secured pieces. All that said we love it for our 70" tv.
