• You cannot adjust the height. Depends on the size of the standing desk converter. Mine was too wide for the desk, I was unable to use it. Check the dimensions of the desk converter to the surface area of the desk.

• Not sure about the stand desk, but I would think you could. Might have to add some type of glass protector, as the top is glass. You can’t make one side higher than the other because of the glass top.
