QuestionHave had this unit for two years, and just last week the heating function has stopped working. How do I diagnose the problem or fix the issue so we can get the heater to work? I am really disappointed as we love this TV stand.

- Answer Hi Mitch, The face of the unit does not get hot since the flames are fake. The heat blows out of the top of the unit which can get warm, but not enough to burn. It also has an auto-shut off feature if it's overheating. It's a simple plug-in unit so installation is pretty easy, and it can heat an area up to about 400 sq. feet. - Answer Hi Debbi, once you send in your request it takes about 48 hours from there to get it processed and on the truck. once its on the truck it can take up to 5 days depending on what state you are located in.
