• Hello Muffin, This item will need to be assembled upon arrival. It comes with step by step instructions as well as all parts and hardware. On average it takes about and hour to set up. You can purchase in-home set up services through Best Buy called "Geedk Squad" but would need to discuss details and pricing with them directly. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

• It needs to be assembled. It's not difficult to do. I am a 74-year-old woman and I did it myself.
