Please try again later.I had the same problem and found the instructions on the Samsung support website at https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00063107/ ... copy and paste the URL to your browser then click on "Remove the glass on the vegetable/crisper drawers". There are two shelf setup types, simple and complex. The instructions for both are listed on that webpage. In the complex setup, the water filter housing is attached to the shelf. That is the setup that I have and, from your description, seems to be the one that you have also. Tip ... on step #2 for the complex setup, use the index finger and thumb of one hand to press the tabs inward towards each other while using your other hand to lift the shelf off the filter housing.
