“My WP-112 is less than a year old, and the water stopper on the handle is broken. It is stuck, preventing from the water flowing at all. How can I replace that part only?”

Look them up on the Internet as they will probably just said you a new part. This is been my experience with them.

Put a few drops of mineral oil down the hole in the handle. That freed it up for me.

I tried with no luck. You can use it without the handle stopper just be careful. Mine broke recently also by getting stuck.
