“The 1/8 tubing was broken, where can I get the replacement parts?”

Go online to the company. Parts are available for replacement.

We are sorry this happened. This model has a three year warranty. We would be happy to get the replacement part sent right out. You can email me directly at [email protected]. Or, call customer service at 1-800-525-2774 Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm Mountain Time for assistance.
