Will this work in my Toshiba U845W-S4180 laptop? null

As long as your laptop supports sata drive it will be compatible. But make sure you have a Windows installation disc or drive or recovery media so you can fix any booting issues. Due to some partitions and and secureboot bios prevent the new drive being recognize as primary drive. If it's a new installation it won't be no problem.
