In many instances this indicates that there is no boot drive found. You may need to provide more information. Your PC may be trying to boot from a drive which has no bootable information. Make sure in your computers BIOS that the correct drive is selected as the Boot Drive. IF your not sure which one that is... Pick one and try to boot. If it does not work... Pick a different Drive and try again. If your PC recently booted fine and you installed a new drive the BIOS may have chosen the new drive to boot from and you will need to switch it back to the drive it was using previously.
