My 12 T drive was in a sealed box with all connections. I do not have anything extra. Sorry, I can't help you.

The A/C adapter for the WD Easystore 12 TB drive is a brick that you might have trouble finding an off-the-shelf replacement for. I would recommend that you try to exchange the drive kit for a another one, if you can. Otherwise, try contacting Western Digital for a warranty replacement.
