“I purchased the WD - easystore® 4TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive - Black online. I was using a Passport Ultra 1TB and plays perfectly but the esystore says wont load. Can someone help me?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.too many possible variables involved as to why that may be occurring. I would just high-light the movie and drag it to the easystore icon...and if that doesn't work i would go into bestbuy with your easystore...they'll help you.

I assume you mean that the drive is not recognizable by your computer? If you are using a specific program with the external drive, you should specify that as well. Good luck. I have no problems with Windows 10 and a Dell XPS computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Some systems will only work with a drive up to 2TB and another issue with the 1 TB vs the 2 or more TB is the type of partition . MBR will not work well over 2TB but GPT will work fine. My video player will only work with a MBR partition. If I'm using a drive over 1 TB I repartition it to MBR and setup more drives . That works every time. WD drives above 1 TB are all set to GPT now. Hope this helps.
