• Lightscribe is for putting images and labels on disks. That is not applicable for an external Hard Drive.

• Im really not sure ANY hard drive is LightScribe. LightScribe is a software that allows DVD/CD burners to etch images into the disk. While this is a "hard disk"... there is nothing available to 'etch' into anything... nor could it be seen if it did since the 'disks' are internal.
