“I purchased the Easystore 4TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive for my MacBook Pro with hopes of replacing a dozen flashdrives. Isn't this supposed to act like a big flashdrive? I plugged it in, installed software, but no option to save files on it.”

Hello, Please be informed that the WD Easystore External drive is a plug 'n' play device tested and designed for Windows and Mac computers for seamless operation. You don't need to install any software. Just go to your apple disk utility and format the new 4tb drive as a Exfat. Then you will be able to copy any paste all your files from PC or MAC.
