Did you try reformatting the drive? Try a different USB port? Aggravating if you have to reformat with out being able to grab the files off of it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That error typically occurs when USB devices are removed during read/write activity to the drive. If you can perform a repair in Windows it may fix it, otherwise do not remove the drive while it is in use.
