• That is a good question, being able to find the best direct signal is very important during the installation process. We recommend using an app like "Open Signal" or "cellmapper.net" to determine the nearest tower.

• I use an app called opensignal on Android to point to cell towers the phone detects in the area.

• Open signal is a phone app you can use to locate, if you can't, then you have to point in a direction you think the tower is at. And then get signal, then open the app and find the true location of the tower.

• The directions are quite explicit in the "directions" pamphlet that came with the system. If you have misplaced them, I am sure you can find them online.
