• Hi, The BestBuy technical support team is based in the United States. Webroot's own customer support teams are based in different locations around the world, to cover as many time zones as possible. We do have a team in the United States, based in Broomfield, CO. Webroot Community Team Mark M.

• I ask when I call where they are located. I get a different answer each time for appliances. I will say they promise a lot and deliver on most none of it. Best Buy is on my last list of places I will go as they lie and apologize constantly and when asked a question they are not sure of hand you over to someone else. Poor service and advice. If you shop there I wish you the best, your going to need it if your situation is not an every day Q&A.

• As I recall, they are located in the USA somewhere around Colorado. Open from Monday through Friday.
