Questionit states it finds viruses but what does it do once a virus is found ?virus removal

- Answer It asks you whether you want it quarantined or removed. I always have the virus removed, then I scan again. But even before you get the virus at all, it blocks it, so you do not really have to remove the virus in the first place.

- Answer WSA does provide excellent protection against the Crypto malware, Ransomeware, but keep in mind that new variants are constantly being released in an attempt to stay ahead of software like WSA. In some situations where it has gotten past, Webroot Support has been able to help by way of the rollback. This is what I was able to find on the subject.

QuestionWegRoot Verify accountI have installed webroot security and entered all the required info user id, Password and security number code. When I get the Email that generates the security check and says enter the second and fifth position of the code I keep getting a Urc2 error message. How do I fix this ??

- Answer You can activate from the console not the website. Bring up the console by right clicking on View Status, then go to My Account. The console will ask for the keycode.
