“Webroot Antivirus Subscription Expired I have a subscription for Webroot from Best Buy that came with the computer I bought, about 2 yrs. ago, that has expired. I am not sure when, but I think it's been expired for quite some time. I would like to renew it. Is it possible to renew it online through Best Buy? Thanks!”

I've got an even better idea. Go buy a Webroot CD and use the Serial Number. If you double-click on the Webroot icon, there's an option that says MY ACCOUNT. Just to the right of those words is a SPINDLE image. Click on that Spindle and a box appears to enter in a NEW LICENSE NUMBER. Here, you can enter it in and reestablish your NEW coverage with Webroot. Works great every time. No reason to uninstall the program. Hope that helps.
