Check with Webroot website, they usually have a special - 'product removal' download script that you can get and any other additional info needed; I recommend you use that script.

Just go under application tab the Big A on your Mac where it lists all applications locate the application or program you want to uninstall the right-click on it and click on move to trash. That should take it off your computer. You can empty recycle bin to permanently delete it.

Please try again later.You can probably either call the # on your Webroot package or either call Best Buy's (where you bought the software) their computer department's customer service to get help with removal. That is my best advice. Is go straight to the source. They are the experts at these things and sell these products so often they are the most knowledgeable.
