• My computer didn't have a slot either. You have to read the direction on the disc box. It will run you by steps on how to download the software. You can do this with your phone also if you have a android. There is a key code the box you will also have to scratch off and use.

• There is a website on the webroot cd case you can go to and download it that way. Instructions are inside cd case and on website.

• If you do not have a CD Rom drive on your computer you can download the application from the website and use the code that is printed inside the case to activate. The instructions for this are printed inside the case.
