You can go online to their site and do it thru there. My new lap top doesn't have a door for them either.

I received an email about installing my product from online. Perhaps if you were to email or contact Webroot and provide them with the purchase code (on the CD ) they could send a link or even install it remotely.

As long as you have the secret code from your box, you can activate it and register the product all at the same time while on the phone with them. When my last laptop was having trouble, that's what I did, and it worked fine.
