“The accuweather app stopped working a couple weeks ago. I tried to unplug the tv for 4-5 minutes but the app is still not working. How can I make it work again?”

I just bought the westinghouse 43in smart tv and the accuweather app has not worked even once, everything else works fine but accuweather is and has been just a blue screen since day one...and I can't find any answers on how to fix it. Have you found anything out on it, yet?

We were excited for a button that goes to weather.. and Accuweather is local, here in state college pa.. Well. it worked great for 2 weeks, and then it stopped working. nothing out of westinghouse and i contacted accuweather who responded with 'The application you are using was developed by a 3rd party manufacturer. AccuWeather only supplies the weather data and cannot support the application itself. The manufacturer is responsible for databasing, displaying, and formatting this data and can address any concerns you may have. If they believe that we can be of assistance with their issue, they will contact us.' Still have not heard back from westinghouse..
