“The red LED on the front of the TV blinks twice every few seconds. Sometimes Netflix freezes and then the sound isn’t synced anymore. The remote’s volume buttons turn the soundbar (connected with optical) to 0. Can anybody help on these 3 issues?”

Not sure how to fix your issue but I had issues with soundbar too! IT WOULDN'T WORK! None of the hook ups work including optical. Westinghouse customer service was clueless! So much for support - right! Only thing that comes to mind is to "re set" everything i.e. factory setting and start over! Make sure ALL connections are tight! Good luck!
