“I bought this and had it installed to vent out the back but it is still venting out the top. My electrician said it should have come with plates to put on the top but I couldnt find them I the box. Can I order these separate? Does Best Buy sell them?”

The plates are on the microwave itself and need to be moved on the unit according to your preferred vent set up. The plate positions are described in the installation manual.
