My recommendation is give it back if you still have time. We bought ours a few weeks ago and when you turn it on it sounds like you turned on a lawn motor. Bestbuy won’t take it back as it’s over 15 days and whirlpool send 2 guys over who couldn’t remove it from under the cabinet and couldn’t fix it. They said we had to remove it for them then they would take it to their shop. Just what we need a 3 week old microwave filled with reconditioned parts. Bestbuy did nothing for us. Their a disgrace and we are never buying anything from them again. They don’t stand behind defective products.
