“Microwave too high up from stove. Is there a way to lower it by using a fill in piece of something. I have to reach over my head to open and close it. Not very safe when handling hot food.”

I'm getting used to it now and unfortunately I think from a permitting standard, you would not be allowed to put anything between the cabinet and the microwave. It is a little weird reaching up to put things in the microwave. I'm hoping the exhaust more than makes up for that.
