“I recently purchased an over the range microwave model WMH31017HS. Although, it seems to work fine, it makes sort of a "rattling" noise soon after (usually a minute or two after usage). Is this just the way it works or could it be something else?”

• Mick, we would recommend you contacting Whirlpool's call center for troubleshooting at 800-253-1301. The hours of operation are Monday & Tuesday 8AM - 8PM and Wednesday through Friday 9AM - 7PM Eastern Standard Time.

• I've not heard any rattling. I think it is something loose in yours then.
