I recently purchased an over the range microwave model WMH31017HS. Although, it seems to work fine, it makes sort of a "rattling" noise soon after (usually a minute or two after usage). Is this just the way it works or could it be something else? null

Mick, we would recommend you contacting Whirlpool's call center for troubleshooting at 800-253-1301. The hours of operation are Monday & Tuesday 8AM - 8PM and Wednesday through Friday 9AM - 7PM Eastern Standard Time.

I've not heard any rattling. I think it is something loose in yours then.
