Q: QuestionWe are now on our second Whirlpool over range microwave and for the second time, the overhead light (high and low) no longer work. Is this a going problem with Whirlpool?

• A:Answer Called Whirlpool and this seems to be a product problem and they knew exactly what to do. Will have a service person out this week to replace a component in the unit. Just thought it strange to have happened twice in two of the same machine. Love the microwave just not the light problems.
