• Do not know cfm, but two speed fan properly vents ordors to the outside, keeping cooking odors to a minimum.

• Vent seems to go standard 300 cm, though I don't know for sure. This model does allow you to vent through the wall or through the roof. You'll need to buy the hardware and vent for wall or roof venting, they are not included.
